Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate closure skills, preferably with experience in manufacturing, engineering, electronics or industrial automation industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals and other job portals.
- Recruit for engineering, manufacturing, production, sales, service and corporate positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience and industry exposure.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure selected candidates join within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Manage multiple vacancies and achieve recruitment targets within deadlines.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, electronics or industrial automation recruitment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed sourcing.
- Good understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to screen technical profiles and understand engineering job requirements.
- Experience in interview coordination, salary negotiation and offer management.
- Positive communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
