Recruitment Consultant – Mental Health (UK Healthcare)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven experience hiring mental health professionals for the UK healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening and placing candidates while managing recruitment assignments and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mental health roles across UK healthcare clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, suitability and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and placement processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified mental health professionals.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate relevant compliance checks, including qualifications, professional registration,



references and background checks, as applicable.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Work towards agreed recruitment targets and placement goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UK healthcare recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring mental health professionals for UK healthcare roles.
- Knowledge of UK mental health job titles, qualifications and recruitment processes.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working the specified UK shift.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
