Job Description – Executive Assistant

**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a **proactive and well-spoken Executive Assistant** to support our day-to-day vendor coordination and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate should have **excellent English communication skills**, be confident on calls, and be comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors.

Key Responsibilities

* Make regular calls to vendors for coordination and follow-ups.

* Follow up with vendors regarding requirements, updates, timelines, and pending tasks.

* Maintain proper records of vendor communication and follow-up status.

* Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

* Track pending activities and ensure timely closures.

* Handle day-to-day communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Prepare basic reports and updates as required.





* Ensure timely follow-up and escalation of key matters to the concerned team.

* Support the management/team with administrative and coordination-related tasks.

Requirements

* **Freshers are welcome to apply.**

* Excellent **English communication skills** – verbal and written.

* Confident and comfortable speaking with vendors over the phone.

* Good follow-up and coordination skills.

* Proactive, organized, and responsible approach towards work.

* Basic knowledge of **MS Excel, Word, Email, and WhatsApp**.

* Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks simultaneously.

* **Immediate joiners are preferred.**
