- 2–4 years in e-commerce app QA, UX research, product operations or catalogue quality
- A sharp eye for detail: you notice a wrong price or a broken filter before anyone else
- Explicit, structured written English, with screenshots, impact and a suggested fix for every finding
- A heavy user of shopping and delivery apps who naturally compares experiences
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, Jira or similar trackers, and screen recording tools
Nice to have
- B.Pharm or a pharmacy background
- Experience with UAE or GCC shopping apps
- A basic understanding of app analytics: funnels, conversion and search data
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
