Job Description:
As the Lead - Projects at Microland, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various projects across multiple domains. You will manage project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve collaborative planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while managing timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure alignment and clarity.




- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations throughout project lifecycles.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- A degree in project management, business administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
