Job Title Senior Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant with expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Orchestrations, and Workday Web Services. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process automation. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using: Workday Studio Workday Orchestrate (Orchestrations) Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors (Worker, Perks, Payroll, Learning, etc.) Document Transformation Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) Build and support complex inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems such as: Payroll Time Tracking Benefits Finance/ERP Identity Management Systems Third-party applications Develop integration solutions using: XML, XSLT, XPath JSON SOAP and REST APIs Web Services SFTP/File-based integrations Design and implement Workday Orchestrations to automate business processes and coordinate activities across multiple systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. Configure and troubleshoot integration events,



schedules, and error handling mechanisms. Perform end-to-end integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment support. Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve production issues. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and operational support documentation. Support Workday releases by assessing impact, testing integrations, and implementing necessary changes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Workday Integration Certification (preferred).

Experience working in HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits domains. Experience integrating Workday with systems such as SAP, Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow, Azure AD, SuccessFactors, or custom applications.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
