- Site Visits: Take clients on physical tours of projects across growth hubs like New Town, Rajarhat, and Salt Lake, explaining floor plans and amenities.
- Market Research: Track localized price trends, competitor offerings, and developer reputations in Kolkata.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Help clients navigate price discussions, payment structures, and booking formalities.
- End-to-End Support: Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and banks for home loans and documentation
