- Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent English Communication Skills.
- Customer focused with a target driven mind-set.
- Basic computer Knowledge.
- Willingness to work in Rotational Night Shifts.
