Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to handle computer hardware, software, networking, and technical support activities. Candidates should be willing to travel to customer locations for field service work.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install Windows OS and required applications.
- Handle LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking issues.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Perform computer hardware upgrades and maintenance.
- Configure MS Office, email accounts, and other software.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Visit customer locations for on-site technical support.




- Handle field service calls and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and networking.
- Knowledge of printer and laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service work.

Qualification

- Diploma / Any Degree (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must have a two-wheeler.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Must be willing to handle office and field work.
