1. Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with prospective students and clients, promote our training programmes and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions or business opportunities.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students, candidates and clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about the company's training programmes and services.
- Explain course details, programme benefits, fees, duration and admission procedures.
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls and database management.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up details.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in Excel or CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the HR, Training and Operations teams whenever required.
- Send relevant course details, brochures and other information through WhatsApp or email.
- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective students and clients.
- Handle customer questions,



objections and concerns politely and professionally.

3. Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn about the company's training programmes and services.

4. Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates must have positive communication and convincing skills.
- Candidates should be confident in handling phone conversations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

5. Performance Expectations

- Complete the assigned daily calling targets.
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate call reports and customer databases.
- Ensure professional communication with every enquiry.
