We are looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. You will supervise labor forces, monitor material quality, interpret structural drawings, and coordinate closely with contractors, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise daily civil works—including earthwork, foundations, RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures, masonry, plastering, flooring, and waterproofing
- Drawing & Quality Interpretation: Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, blueprints, and bar bending schedules (BBS) to ensure accurate site layout and construction.
- Quality Control: Inspect steel reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and curing processes before, during, and after structural work
- Material & Resource Management: Monitor the usage of construction materials, track inventory, and coordinate machinery and labor deployment.
- Billing & Measurements: Take physical site measurements, check contractor and Running Account (RA) bills against the Bill of Quantities (BOQ),and assist with quantity take-offs.
- Safety & Compliance:



Enforce site safety regulations, labor welfare standards, and quality protocols.
- Reporting: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs),measurement books (MB), and site logs for upper management and consultants.

Required Qualifications & Education

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
- Junior/Fresher Level: 0–2 years of experience in building or residential construction.
- Mid-to-Senior Level: 3 to 7+ years of hands-on site execution experience (residential, commercial, or industrial projects)

Key Skills & Software Proficiency

- Software: Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools like MS Project

Soft Skills: Problem-solving, team management, contractor negotiation, and transparent communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
