Job Overview

We are looking for confident, customer-focused and sales-driven professionals for the position of Curtain Advisor.

The role involves guiding customers in selecting curtains, blinds, fabrics and soft furnishings based on their design preferences, lifestyle and budget. The ideal candidate should have proven face-to-face sales experience, preferably in premium retail or showroom environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and conduct personalised showroom consultations.
- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, design preferences and budget.
- Recommend suitable curtains, blinds, fabrics, colours, textures and soft furnishings.
- Explain product features and convert customer consultations into sales.
- Handle customer queries, objections and effectively close sales.
- Coordinate site measurements, quotations, order specifications and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with production, procurement and installation teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers and maintain robust customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Retail or showroom sales experience strongly preferred.
- Mandatory:



Proven face-to-face / in-person selling experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling, pitching, objection-handling and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Confidence in interacting with premium and high-value customers.
- Professional presentation and a target-driven mindset.

Important: Candidates with only tele-sales or inside sales experience will NOT be considered. Face-to-face selling experience is mandatory.
