Capture and share office moments, events, and team highlights on social media.

Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.

Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share regular updates.

2. Email Marketing

Assist in building and sending email campaigns to customers, prospects, and partners.

Maintain and update email contact lists and distribution groups.

Monitor open rates, click rates, and campaign performance and report findings.

Support the team in creating email templates, newsletters, and promotional mailers.

3. Basic SEO Support

Assist with on-page SEO tasks such as updating meta titles, descriptions, and image alt tags.

Support regular website content updates to keep pages fresh and relevant.

Learn and apply basic keyword research techniques to improve content visibility.

Monitor basic website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics.

4. Presentation Creation & Branding

Design skilled,



branded presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external use.

Ensure all presentations and marketing materials follow brand guidelines consistently.

Assist in updating and refreshing existing decks, proposals, and company templates.

Support the team with formatting, layout, and visual improvements across documents.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Qualifications

B.Sc. IT or BCA graduate freshers are encouraged to apply.

A genuine interest in digital marketing, branding, and online communications.

2. Technical Skills

Comfortable with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Basic familiarity with social media platforms from a business/marketing perspective.

Exposure to design tools like Canva is an advantage.

Willingness to learn tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and basic SEO platforms.

Interest in exploring AI tools to support content creation and productivity.
