Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.




- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Patience, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Basic English communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills are preferred.
- Age: As per company hiring policy.

Work Details

- Location: As per company requirement, within mumbai.
- Shift: US/ UK/ Australia 5 days a week.
- Salary: As per experience and company standards, minimum wages for Freshers 23k
