Key Responsibilities
- Handle loan file login and processing.
- Manage loan disbursement activities.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and other financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan status in systems.
- Provide support to sales and customer service teams for operational queries.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in loan operations or financial services.
- Good knowledge of computer operating and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of banking/loan processes and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Salary
₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
