- Coordinate daily solar project activities from order confirmation to project completion.
- Coordinate with customers regarding site visits, installation schedules and project updates.
- Schedule and assign technicians and engineers for solar installation and maintenance work.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase and Technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on material requirements, procurement and delivery to project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain daily project status reports and installation records.
- Coordinate site inspections, technical visits and customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers for pending approvals, documents and project-related information.
- Track project expenses, material usage and work progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 1–3 Years (Freshers with good coordination skills can also apply)




- Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical components is an advantage.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Strong planning, scheduling and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to coordinate with project sites and field teams.
