Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead sales, business development, and overall operations of our optical retail business. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing multiple stores, improving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage overall operations of multiple optical retail outlets.
- Monitor store-wise sales, revenue, profitability, and performance.
- Drive business development, corporate tie-ups, and current store expansion.
- Manage inventory, procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships.
- Lead and motivate store managers, optometrists, and sales teams.
- Improve customer satisfaction, sales conversion, and retention.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, gross margins,



and operational costs.
- Ensure SOP implementation, compliance, and operational audits.
- Prepare and review sales reports, MIS, and business performance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month

- Optical Sales/ Eye Care: 6 years (Required)
