Job Description

We are looking for a trained and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety of customers participating in water-based tourism and recreational activities at our Kainakary, Alappuzha site.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor customers participating in water sports and other water activities.
- Rescue people who are struggling in the water or at risk of drowning.
- Ensure customers wear life jackets and follow all water safety rules.
- Check rescue equipment, life jackets and first aid kits regularly.
- Provide first aid and assist in emergencies when required.
- Have knowledge of CPR and emergency rescue procedures.
- Guide customers about safety precautions before water activities.
- Report accidents, unsafe conditions and other safety concerns to the site supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of safety equipment.




- Perform other site-related duties as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Positive swimming skills are mandatory.
- Previous lifeguard or water rescue experience is preferred.
- Valid Lifeguard Training Certificate is mandatory.
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid and water rescue techniques.
- Physically fit, alert and responsible.
- Able to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Willing to work at our Kainakary, Alappuzha site.
