Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Contact potential buyers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and property investors.
- Coordinate with the marketing, documentation, and legal teams to close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate client records.
- Stay updated on property market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.





Requirements and Qualifications

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid sales, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property sales.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred; freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
