What you will do:

Handle high-value customer accounts

Talk to customers and agree on payment plans and settlements

Handle angry or difficult customers calmly and politely

Supervise our AI calling agents: listen to their calls and take over when a customer

needs a real person

Tell our tech team when the AI makes mistakes so it improves

Follow fair and respectful collection practices on every call

DRA Certificate is mandatory
