Job Description

TaskUs is hiring Customer Service Executives for its US/Canada blended process. Candidates will handle customer queries through both voice calls and chat support, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound voice calls and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: HSC / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/customer service.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable handling both voice and chat processes.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month.
- Working Days: 5 days a week.
- Week Offs: 2 rotational offs.
