Rajgharana Imperial is an upcoming hospitality destination in Lucknow, offering a combination of hotel accommodation, resort facilities, banquet services and outdoor lawn events.

Our property includes:

- 30 well-appointed guest rooms.
- Banquet hall for weddings, parties and corporate events.
- Beautiful outdoor lawn for weddings, celebrations and social gatherings.
- Resort-style hospitality and accommodation facilities.

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Hotel Operating Partner who can independently establish, manage and grow the complete hospitality operation.

Role Overview

The selected partner will take complete responsibility for the day-to-day management, business development, revenue generation and overall operations of Rajgharana Imperial.

We are looking for someone with strong hospitality experience, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to build a profitable hotel and event business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Hotel & Resort Operations

- Manage complete day-to-day hotel and resort operations.
- Establish operational procedures and service standards.
- Oversee front office, reservations, housekeeping and guest services.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train and manage hotel staff.

2. Banquet & Lawn Management

- Generate bookings for weddings, receptions, birthday parties and corporate events.
- Develop relationships with wedding planners, event organisers and vendors.
- Handle client enquiries, site visits, negotiations and booking conversions.
- Manage event execution and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Develop strategies to maximise room occupancy and overall revenue.
- Manage online booking platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com and Agoda.
- Handle room pricing, seasonal offers and promotional campaigns.
- Generate direct bookings through corporate tie-ups, travel agents and local marketing.
- Build a strong network in Lucknow's hospitality and event industry.

4. Financial & Business Management

- Monitor daily revenue, expenses and operational performance.
- Maintain transparent booking, billing and financial records.
- Control operational costs and improve business profitability.
- Prepare monthly revenue and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the property owner regarding business growth and financial matters.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel, resort or hospitality operations preferred.
- Previous experience managing hotels, banquet halls, resorts or wedding venues.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, sales, marketing and revenue management.
- Experience handling online hotel booking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage business operations.
- Candidates with an existing network of wedding planners, corporate clients and event organisers will be preferred.

Partnership & Commercial Terms

IMPORTANT: This is a business partnership chance, NOT a salaried employment position.





- No fixed monthly salary will be provided.
- The selected candidate will join as an Operating Partner under a mutually agreed revenue-sharing arrangement.
- Rajgharana Imperial will provide the hotel property and existing infrastructure.
- The operating partner will take responsibility for managing and growing the complete business.
- Revenue-sharing percentage, expense responsibilities, investment requirements (if any) and other commercial terms will be discussed and mutually finalised before entering into a formal agreement.
- The objective is to establish a long-term, mutually beneficial business partnership.
