Job Summary

EVOS Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dedicated and responsible Site Supervisors for its interior projects across Jammu, Katra, Srinagar, and Amritsar.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, monitoring work quality, and ensuring timely project execution as per approved drawings and project requirements.

We are looking for candidates with good site management skills, practical knowledge of interior execution, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site activities and execution work.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Maintain proper site discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards.
- Coordinate material requirements with the project manager and vendors.
- Provide regular updates on site progress, delays,



and material requirements.
- Resolve routine site-level execution issues in coordination with the project team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in interior site supervision or construction site execution is preferred.
- Basic understanding of interior materials, finishing work, and site execution.
- Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily site activities and meet project timelines.
- Willingness to work at project locations in Jammu, Katra, Srinagar, or Amritsar.
