We are recruiting a Room Attendant for guesthouse operations in Dhiffushi, Maldives. The candidate should have prior hospitality experience and the ability to maintain guest rooms and ensure cleanliness.

Salary and Benefits

- Basic Salary: Approximately ₹33,100 per month.
- Food Allowance: Approximately ₹9,485 per month.
- Accommodation: Provided in office.
- Total Monthly Cash Package: Approximately ₹42,585, including food allowance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1–2 years of prior hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of housekeeping and room-cleaning procedures.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies.
- Replenish guest amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness in accordance with hospitality standards.
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items.
- Respond professionally to guest requests.
