Salary- upto 30k

Job Purpose

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising daily production activities of FRP Anchor Rebars, ensuring production targets, product quality, machine efficiency, workforce management, and timely dispatch while maintaining safety standards and operational discipline.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Production Planning & Execution

· Supervise daily manufacturing activities of FRP Anchor Rebars.

· Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.

· Monitor the manufacturing process, including raw material preparation, resin mixing, fibre handling, pultrusion, curing, cutting, and finishing.

· Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

· Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rejection.

B. Quality Control

· Ensure FRP rebars are manufactured as per approved specifications and quality standards.

· Monitor product dimensions, length, diameter, surface finish, and other quality parameters.

· Coordinate with the Quality Control team for regular inspection and testing.

· Identify production defects and take corrective actions.

· Maintain production and quality inspection records.

C. Machinery & Maintenance

· Monitor the performance of production machines and equipment.

· Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.

· Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team.

· Ensure proper utilization and handling of tools and equipment.

D. Inventory & Material Management

· Monitor the availability and consumption of raw materials such as:

o Glass Fibre / Reinforcement Materials

o Resin





o Hardener / Catalyst

o Chemicals and Additives

o Other FRP manufacturing materials

· Coordinate with the Store Department for timely material availability.

· Maintain records of material consumption, wastage, and production output.

E. Safety & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with plant safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Ensure workers use appropriate PPE.

· Maintain workplace cleanliness and housekeeping.

· Ensure safe handling and storage of resins, chemicals, and other materials.

F. Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare daily production reports.

· Maintain machine utilization and manpower reports.

· Track production targets versus actual output.

· Report production losses, rejection, downtime, and material wastage.

· Submit daily progress reports to the Production Manager / Plant Head.

Required Qualifications

· Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

· ITI candidates with relevant manufacturing experience may also be considered.

· 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.

· Experience in FRP, GRP, pultrusion, composite materials, or polymer manufacturing will be preferred.

Required Skills

· Strong production planning and execution skills.

· Knowledge of FRP manufacturing processes.

· Ability to manage production workers and machine operators.

· Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Overall Responsibility

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted production of FRP Anchor Rebars while maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, controlling operational costs, and ensuring effective manpower and machinery utilization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
