Internship Selection Process

- Resume Screening
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
- 5–10 Days Mutual Evaluation Period (Both the candidate and Koushiki Software evaluate mutual fit.)
- Internship Offer & Agreement

Internship Structure:

Phase 1 – Training (First 6 Months)

- No fixed stipend
- Up to ₹2,000/month towards travel and internet reimbursement based on attendance and participation.

Phase 2 – Project Internship (Next 6 Months)

- Performance-based stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 per month.

After Successful Completion

Based on your overall performance, business requirements, and available opportunities, you may be considered for a full-time position with Koushiki Software. Compensation will be determined according to company policy and the candidate's performance.

Internship Agreement

Candidates selected after the mutual evaluation period will be required to sign a 12-month Internship Agreement. The agreement includes confidentiality, intellectual property, company policies, and an early termination/breach clause, including a recovery amount of ₹20,000 in accordance with the agreed terms.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent (Preferred)
- Passion for software development and continuous learning
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
