Job Overview

Rita Suzuki is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Service Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our service team at our Panchmahala, Angul location. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service reminders, and booking management, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory post-purchase ownership experience for our Suzuki customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Service Reminder Calls: Proactively call existing customers to remind them of upcoming scheduled maintenance, free services, and periodic check-ups.
- Welcome Calls: Conduct post-delivery and post-service welcome calls to establish a strong rapport with recent and existing car owners.
- Service Booking & Appointment Scheduling: Manage customer service bookings, allocate convenient time slots, and log appointment details accurately into the dealer management system.




- Customer Handling & Engagement: Greet walk-in service customers, address their initial inquiries warmly, and assist them in connecting with the appropriate service advisors.
- Feedback & Grievance Assistance: Collect customer feedback after service completion and escalate any concerns or queries to the service head for prompt resolution.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, telesales, or front-desk operations (Automobile dealership experience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Explicit spoken communication in Odia and Hindi (basic proficiency in English is preferred).
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong active listening skills, patient handling of customer queries, and a polite, professional phone etiquette.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to enter data accurately into spreadsheets or management software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
