We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman with 6 years of experience in preparing, developing, and modifying detailed engineering drawings. The candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D drafting, the ability to interpret technical specifications, and experience coordinating with engineering and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.

· Interpret engineering sketches, design concepts, and technical specifications.

· Develop accurate drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.

· Review, modify, and update drawings based on engineering feedback.

· Ensure proper dimensions, annotations, layering, scaling, and drawing quality.

· Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers for drawing-related requirements.

· Maintain drawing registers, documentation, and revision history.

· Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings as per project schedules.





· Identify discrepancies in drawings and coordinate for necessary corrections.

· Support project teams in technical documentation and drawing management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of drawing layouts, dimensions, scales, and annotations.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D.
- Exposure to Revit, Civil 3D or other engineering design software.
- Experience in AEC / Engineering Services projects.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
