Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing Executive to join our team in the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, promoting jewellery products, handling customer enquiries, and supporting marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with existing and potential clients regarding jewellery products and services.
- Handle client enquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Promote jewellery products and communicate their features, specifications, and benefits.
- Identify potential customers and support lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, product requirements, and business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain client databases, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.
- Research jewellery market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure timely communication and professional handling of client requests.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.




- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, email, and internet browsing.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and lead generation.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate product information clearly and confidently.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.

Jewellery Industry-Specific Skills

- Basic knowledge of jewellery products such as rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and pendants.
- Understanding of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and other jewellery materials.
- Awareness of jewellery designs, current trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to explain jewellery product features and specifications to clients.
- Knowledge of jewellery marketing, retail sales, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling jewellery clients, dealers, retailers, or wholesalers will be preferred.

Salary and Company Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Casual Leave (CL): Available as per company policy.
- Privilege Leave (PL): Available as per company policy.

Candidate Eligibility

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or client coordination.
- Candidates from any educational background and of any gender are eligible to apply.
- Previous experience in the jewellery industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and good English communication skills are essential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
