Procurement Specialist The ideal candidate will be responsible for: • Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner based on business requirements. • Handle end-to-end invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements • Work extensivelv on SAP for order processing, inventorv tracking, invoicing, and reporting. Prepare and manage all export-related •documentation including invoices, packing lists shippina bills, and coordination with logistics partners. •Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouses to ensure smooth supply and avoid stock discrepancies. •Liaise with vendors for order confirmation. dispatch planning, and issue resolution. • Ensure timely processina of orders and coordinate with logistics teams for smooth dispatch and delivery •Maintain proper records and ensure all processes adhere to internal and external compliance requirements. •Generate reqular MIS reports related to procurement, invoicing, and inventory status.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
