Job Summary

The Public Relationship Manager in the real estate industry is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, local authorities, public representatives, community leaders, business associates, and other key stakeholders to support the company's real estate projects and business operations.

The role involves managing public relations, coordinating with government departments, resolving public-related issues, facilitating approvals through proper channels, and enhancing the company's reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Public & Government Relations

- Coordinate with relevant government departments regarding real estate projects.
- Maintain professional relationships with local administration and community leaders.

2. Stakeholder Management

- Build relationships with influential people, local residents, business owners, brokers, and community representatives.
- Represent the company in public meetings, official discussions, and community events.
- Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships.

3. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments for project-related permissions, documentation, and approvals.
- Follow up on matters related to land, zoning, construction, utilities, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure coordination with legal and compliance teams.

4. Public Relations & Brand Image

- Promote a positive image of the company in the local market.
- Manage public communication and community engagement activities.




- Support marketing events, project launches, exhibitions, and public gatherings.

5. Issue & Complaint Management

- Handle public complaints and project-related concerns.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve local issues.
- Maintain proper records of meetings, communications, and follow-ups.

6. Networking & Business Development

- Develop a strong professional network within the real estate ecosystem.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking.
- Build relationships that support project growth and company expansion.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in public relations, government liaison, stakeholder management, or real estate.
- Good understanding of local government departments and real estate regulations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
