Job Responsibilities

- Handle cashless and reimbursement cases.
- Verify patient insurance documents and policy details.
- Submit pre-authorization and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs.
- Follow up on approvals, queries and claim settlements.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for medical documents.
- Prepare final bills and discharge documents.
- Maintain daily TPA records and pending claim reports.
- Ensure timely discharge approval.
- Handle patient and relative insurance-related queries.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Mediclaim and IPD Billing.
- Computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of TPA portals and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
