- Operate panel saw machine to cut wood panels according to cutting plans and specifications.
- Read and understand cutting lists, drawings, and production work orders.
- Measure and mark materials accurately before cutting.
- Ensure required dimensions and quality standards are maintained.
- Optimize material usage to minimize wastage.
- Inspect panels and finished cut components for defects and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
- Report machine faults, breakdowns, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Coordinate with CNC, edge banding, assembly, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
- Maintain production records and daily output reports.




- Keep the work area clean and organized as per 5S standards.

Requirements-

- High School/Diploma or ITI preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience operating panel saw machines in a furniture, modular furniture, or woodworking manufacturing unit.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, and other wood-based materials.
- Ability to read cutting plans and use measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
