Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong hands-on experience in MS Excel and Tally to manage daily MIS reports, production data, inventory records, sales and purchase reports, and other operational data. The candidate should have good analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain production, dispatch, sales and inventory data.
- Handle accounting entries, purchase and sales entries using Tally.
- Prepare Excel reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas and other advanced Excel functions.
- Monitor raw material consumption, stock movement and finished goods inventory.
- Prepare production reports, efficiency reports and department-wise performance reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Dispatch and other departments for data collection.
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies in reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
- Prepare management dashboards and reports as required by senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant MIS experience, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Robust hands-on experience in MS Excel and Tally Prime.
- Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of inventory, production and accounting processes.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in textile, spinning or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Should be accurate, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Must be capable of handling large volumes of data and preparing reports independently.

Working Days: As per company policy
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
