- Identify and source suitable lands for real-estate development and construction projects.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landowners, brokers, agents and property consultants.
- Negotiate land prices and commercial terms with landowners.
- Coordinate land surveys, site inspections and property evaluations.
- Coordinate with legal teams for land document verification, ownership details, patta, chitta, EC and other relevant approvals.
- Follow up with government departments and local authorities for land-related approvals and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, technical and management teams throughout the land acquisition process.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential real-estate projects.




- Generate leads through networking, referrals, brokers and direct market visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, landowners, channel partners and business associates.
- Explore joint venture (JV) and joint development (JD) opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve company targets.
- Prepare business proposals, project details and market reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and land prices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
