Job Description

Rukmani Motors is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage electric scooter and bike sales, lead the sales team, and achieve dealership sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily sales operations for electric scooters and bikes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase dealership revenue.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Handle customer enquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Manage sales reports, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Only candidates with two-wheeler industry experience will be considered.




- Experience in two-wheeler sales is mandatory.
- Knowledge of electric scooters and bikes will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
