Roles and Responsibilities

* Handle outbound customer calls.

* Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.

* Provide accurate information about products and services.

* Maintain customer records and update call details.

* Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required.

* Freshers can apply

*Experienced candidates with tele-calling/customer support is an added advantage

Requirements

* Good communication skills in English.

* Valuable listening and customer handling skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

* Willingness to work in a voice process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
