Job Description: Creative & Technical Executive

Work Mode: 100% Remote
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Work Type: Flexible / Part-time / Full-time
Working Hours: Flexible – Work according to your schedule, as long as assigned tasks and deadlines are met.

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and technically skilled individual who enjoys exploring technology, solving problems, and getting things done.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of creative and technical skills, ranging from graphic designing and video editing to website development, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.

We are not necessarily looking for someone who specialises in just one area. We need a hands-on problem solver who can understand requirements, figure things out independently, and find practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Designing & Creative Work

- Create graphics, social media creatives, banners, posters, and other digital assets.
- Work on basic branding and visual design requirements.
- Understand design requirements and translate ideas into visually appealing creatives.

2. Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Work with transitions, animations, text overlays, and basic motion graphics.
- Ensure good visual quality and engaging presentation.

3. Website Development & Maintenance

- Work on website development, modifications, and maintenance.
- Have a good understanding of WordPress, themes, plugins, Elementor, and website environments.
- Make frontend and backend changes wherever required.
- Understand basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Troubleshoot website-related issues and implement fixes.

4. Technical Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

- Identify, debug,



and resolve technical errors and website issues.
- Understand hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL, cPanel, and server-related basics.
- Diagnose plugin conflicts, website errors, broken functionalities, and other technical issues.
- Write, understand, and modify code whenever required.
- Research unfamiliar technical problems and find effective solutions.

5. General Technical Support

- Assist with different technical and creative requirements across projects.
- Explore new tools, technologies, and solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of graphic designing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
- Basic to intermediate coding knowledge.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and preferably PHP.
- Practical experience with WordPress and Elementor.
- Understanding of web hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, and cPanel.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors, debug code, and fix technical issues.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and explore new technologies.

Additional Requirements & Preferred Setup

- Must have a personal laptop or computer suitable for graphic designing, video editing, and development work.
- Must have a secure and reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is preferred.
- Claude AI subscription (preferred): Candidates who already have an active Claude Pro or higher subscription will be given preference, as AI-assisted coding, debugging, research, and problem-solving will be part of the workflow.
