Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in an Operations Management or Delivery Management role within an IT hardware and software solutions environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA (Operations / Supply Chain) is a strong advantage.

Core Technical & Functional Knowledge

IT Warehouse handling: Hands-on experience managing IT hardware inventory, warehouse inbound/outbound logistics, and secure storage for enterprise components.

Applicaition Development and Management & Service Delivery Oversight: Understanding of software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum) for the ADM team and technical support SLAs for the Service team.

Security & Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of hardware asset tracking, secure handling of sensitive tech inventory,



and basic cybersecurity/data protection protocols in coordination with SecOps.

Financial & Commercial Acumen: Working knowledge of inventory valuation, operational budgeting, accounts payable/receivable cycles, , and basic Indian statutory compliance (GST, e-way bills for logistics, PF, ESI).

Soft Skills & Language Proficiencies

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Leadership & EQ: Robust cross-functional coordination skills to bridge technical engineering teams /warehouse staff, and the financial team (Accounts).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
