We are hiring an experienced Structural Draftsman who can independently prepare detailed structural drawings for both RCC and Steel structures.

A. RCC Structure Work - Responsibilities:

- Preparation of GA Drawings, Column Layout, Beam Layout, Footing Layout
- Preparation of Plinth Beam, Lintel, Staircase and Slab Layout Drawings
- Detailed Reinforcement Drawings for Footing, Column, Beam, Slab, Retaining Wall
- Preparation of Sections, Elevations and Structural Details as per SP 34
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) with accurate steel quantity
- Preparation of GFC - Good for Construction drawings

B. Steel Structure / Fabrication Work - Responsibilities:

- Preparation of General Arrangement (GA) Drawings for Industrial Sheds, PEB Structures, Warehouses
- Preparation of Fabrication Drawings - Column, Rafter, Purlin, Bracing, Gusset Plate, Base Plate details
- Preparation of Erection Drawings with Marking Plans and Bolt Lists
- Preparation of Connection Details, Anchor Bolt Layout
- Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material List for Steel




- Coordination for detailing as per IS 800

Mandatory Skills:

- Expert in AutoCAD 2D - Mandatory
- Solid knowledge of RCC & Steel Detailing Standards
- Ability to read Architectural drawings and convert to Structural
- Knowledge of IS Codes: IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, SP 34
- Knowledge of Reinforcement - Lap length, Development length, Cover, Spacing
- Knowledge of BBS, BOM and Quantity Estimation
- Accuracy in dimensions, levels and detailing

Highly Preferred:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD Structural Detailing
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and PEB Projects
- Ability to handle 2-3 projects simultaneously

Candidate Profile:

- Must have own laptop with AutoCAD is a plus
- Attention to detail, self-checking habit
- Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Willing to make revisions as per Engineer / Site feedback
