Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily OPD, IPD, emergency, and discharge billing.
- Supervise billing staff and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle insurance and TPA cashless approvals.
- Monitor insurance claim submission and settlement.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs.
- Follow up on pending claims, deductions, and rejections.
- Handle government health scheme claims, including Ayushman Bharat, where applicable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, accounts, and medical records departments.
- Resolve patient billing and insurance-related queries.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
- Train and guide the billing and insurance team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
