Hiring: Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location: Kochi Branch, Ernakulam

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing activities and drive student admissions.

Educational Qualification:

- Candidates from any degree background are welcome to apply.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Graduates with relevant Sales & Marketing experience are preferred.

Experience:

- Experience in educational institutions, student admissions, or institutional marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve admission targets.
- Visit colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to promote our courses.
- Conduct orientation sessions, seminars, workshops, and career awareness programmes for college students.
- Build and maintain relationships with college management, placement officers, and faculty members.
- Generate leads through college visits, networking,



referrals, and promotional activities.
- Identify potential students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and admission teams for effective lead follow-up.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve admission targets.
- Prepare regular reports on college visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and admissions.
