About the Role

TradeMax Academy is looking for a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to manage client communication, support customers through the account opening process, and assist in maintaining robust client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in customer relations, client support, sales support, financial services, or a related field, with good communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with the account opening and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure required documents and information are submitted correctly.
- Communicate with clients regarding deposit requirements and deposit-related processes.
- Follow up with clients to facilitate and track deposit amounts through clients.
- Provide timely support and assistance for client queries and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, and follow-ups.




- Ensure a positive client experience throughout the onboarding and support process.
- Escalate complex client concerns to the concerned team or manager when required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Relations, Customer Support, Client Handling, Sales Support, Financial Services, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial markets/trading or investment services is preferred.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with targets, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
