Role description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enablon OneView Functional Consultant to support enhance and optimize EHS Environment Health Safety business processes within the Enablon platform The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and support organizations to gather requirements configure solutions drive process improvements and support daytoday operations of OneView and related HSE applications Roles similar to this have been used for Halliburton HSE and OneView support engagements

Key Responsibilities

Functional Consulting Business Analysis

Gather analyze and document business requirements from EHS stakeholders

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs

Conduct workshops requirement sessions and stakeholder interviews

Provide domain expertise in Incident Management Risk Management Audit Management Compliance Management and Action Plans

Enablon Configuration Support

Configure Enablon modules workflows forms notifications and dashboards

Support OneView application enhancements and defect resolution

Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and upgrades

Manage user access roles and permissions

Testing Deployment

Prepare Functional Design Documents FDDs

Support SIT UAT and Production deployment activities

Create and execute test scenarios and test cases

Validate enhancements against business requirements

Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary functional point of contact for business users

Coordinate with technical teams developers architects and support analysts

Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular status updates

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation

Recommend best practices for Enablon platform adoption

Support platform upgrade initiatives and new module implementations

Strong knowledge of Enablon OneView Platform
