About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with experience in creating engaging designs for social media, advertisements, promotional materials, branding, brochures, and other digital and print platforms. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and effective creatives.

Key Skills

Adobe Photoshop – Image editing, photo manipulation, poster design, and creative graphics

Adobe Illustrator – Vector graphics, logos, illustrations, and branding materials

Canva – Quick and engaging social media creatives, presentations, and marketing designs

Social Media Design – Posters, carousel posts, advertisements, and promotional creatives

Branding & Visual Identity – Maintaining consistent brand colours, fonts, and visual styles

Layout & Typography – Creating clear, attractive, and professional design layouts

Basic Video Editing – An added advantage for creating simple video and motion content

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, posters, banners, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create marketing creatives based on campaign requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand requirements and develop creative concepts.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketers to convert ideas and written content into visually engaging designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Edit and enhance images and graphics as required.




- Create designs in different sizes and formats for various social media and marketing platforms.
- Adapt creatives according to campaign requirements and target audiences.
- Manage multiple design projects and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the marketing and creative teams.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative tools.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
- Experience creating social media creatives, posters, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Valuable understanding of graphic design principles, layouts, typography, and colour combinations.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to understand requirements and coordinate effectively with the marketing, content, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is preferred.
