Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our company's online presence, generate business leads, improve Google search rankings, and promote our UPS, Battery, Inverter, Servo Stabilizer, and UPS Rental services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

- Create and publish posts, posters, reels, and videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business.

- Prepare engaging captions, hashtags, and SEO-friendly content.

- Maintain a regular social media posting schedule.

2. Google Business Profile Management

- Publish regular Google Business Profile posts.

- Optimize business profiles for local SEO.

- Improve visibility for UPS dealers, UPS service, battery sales, and UPS rental searches.

- Monitor customer reviews and respond professionally.

3. SEO & Website Management

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Optimize website pages, meta titles, descriptions, and service content.

- Improve Google search rankings for Chennai and Pondicherry.

- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

4. Google Ads & Lead Generation

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.

- Generate qualified enquiries for UPS sales, service, AMC, batteries, and rentals.

- Track campaign performance, cost per lead, and conversions.





- Optimize advertising budgets to improve lead quality.

5. Creative Content & Video Editing

- Design marketing posters using Canva or similar tools.

- Create promotional videos, product demonstrations, and customer project videos.

- Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing productivity.

6. Lead Management & Reporting

- Track enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, and advertising campaigns.

- Maintain a digital marketing lead sheet and follow up with the sales team.

- Submit weekly reports on leads, reach, website traffic, and campaign performance.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and Google Business Profile.

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Canva, video editing, and content writing skills.

- Knowledge of WordPress or website management is an advantage.

- Good communication, creativity, and time management.

- Ability to generate B2B leads and support sales growth.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Qualified leads generated per month.

- Google Business Profile visibility and customer enquiries.

- Website traffic and keyword ranking improvements.

- Social media engagement and consistency.

- Advertising cost per lead and conversion rate.

- Timely completion of marketing activities.
