The candidate should have a Degree in Civil Engineering with 3 to 4 years experience in Architectural, Structural and Services Design and Drawing/Document management. He should be conversant in contract conditions, tenders, negotiations, estimate, costing and billing, I.S. Mode of measurements, etc. Should be able to consult with architects, engineers, builders, contractors, suppliers and project owners, study architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, monitor changes of design to assess the effects on cost and assess and recommend payment to contractors during construction.
