About the Role

We are looking for a confident and sales-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling potential clients interested in international tour packages, understanding their travel requirements, recommending suitable packages, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The company will provide qualified leads, so the primary responsibility will be client handling, follow-ups, negotiation, and successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle company-provided leads from clients interested in international tours.
- Understand clients' travel preferences, budgets, destinations, and requirements.
- Explain international tour packages, itineraries, inclusions, and pricing.
- Recommend suitable travel packages based on client needs.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.




- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and smooth execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales, Travel Consultancy, or the Tourism Industry.
- Experience in handling customer enquiries and closing sales.
- Knowledge of international tour packages and destinations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
