Interior Site SupervisorJob Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily interior installation and site activities.
- Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, and measurements.
- Ensure execution of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceilings, partitions, flooring, and other interior works as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other site workers.
- Monitor work quality, dimensions, alignment, finishing, and installation standards.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation.
- Coordinate with the factory/production team for timely material dispatch and installation.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to workers and contractors.
- Ensure materials are received, stored, and used properly at the site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design/project team for quick resolution.
- Maintain site progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and budget.
- Check for defects and ensure rectification before handover.
- Maintain site cleanliness,



safety, and discipline.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision.
- Experience in modular furniture/interior fit-outs preferred.
- Good knowledge of carpentry, modular installations, hardware, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Knowledge of basic measurements and quantity calculations.
