Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in textile machinery, industrial automation, or laser machines will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and service textile machinery and laser machines at customer locations and within the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and test textile and laser machines.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify machine faults and provide effective solutions.
- Carry out machine calibration, alignment, and performance checks as required.




- Support customers during machine installation and trial production.
- Explain machine operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures to customers.
- Maintain service reports, installation reports, and breakdown records.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, and technical teams for spare-parts requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, service, and maintenance work.
- Follow all company safety procedures while working on machines.
- Provide feedback to the technical team regarding recurring machine problems.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
